Annual Awards Lunch to be held at a central London location. All night access was required for the installation of an extensive set. Formal silver service lunch, an awards ceremony following lunch for up to 450 guests.

The ceremony has been held in the Nine Kings Suite at the Royal Lancaster Hotel for the past 4 years. This year, a lunchtime ceremony successfully replaced the traditional dinner/dance.
The space is ideal for what was needed. The Nine Kings Suite location on the ground floor of the hotel gave excellent access for the set build. It also offered the set designers flexibility with the room layout so full use of the area could be achieved.
Event support rooms including a press-room, briefing room and an organiser's office were used on the same floor, ensuring the smooth running of the evening.
Guests enjoyed a sumptuous three-course meal followed by the awards ceremony which were presented by The Health Secretary, Patricia Hewitt.
