The event was to be a Summer fun day for staff and their families. Requirements were: childrens activities and entertainment, bar and band. The venue had to have large outside space with an indoor area.

Two marquees were set up in the grounds of Regents College. One marquee had the bar and occasional seating set up for guests to relax in and the other was filled with face painters, candy floss machines and a giant scaletrix which the adults seemed most taken with!
The afternoon was very informal with families enjoying bouncy castles, bucking broncos, giant games and a sports day type events. As the BBQ was eaten the summers evening turned into an evening of Pimms and socialising!
