| We suggested a selection of ideal venues, from which the ICC in Birmingham was chosen. EventWise covered all areas of pre-event management including liaising between the client, the venue and the caterers. We acted as liaison between the in-house creative team and the venue technical department to ensure that all AV requirements were met. We sourced signage for the meeting and ensured that it was positioned correctly within the venue and most importantly ensured that the VIP speakers’ special concerns were met.
The client was extremely pleased with the quick turn around of all aspects of pre-event management, in particular with the signage where EventWise chose the most suitable supplier to deliver on time. The venue lived up to all expectations and the VIP speaker was extremely pleased that his special requirements were met with minimal fuss. |
