To create a full day and evening event that all employees, partners and children would enjoy and remember. It was important to create a relaxed and informal atmosphere in order for them to really get into the celebratory mood for AXA Rosenberg reaching 20 years. Overnight stay was required.

Guests were greated by a fantastic BBQ and were given the opportunity to mingle and walk around the beautiful grounds and gardens of Sopwell House. Both adults and children entertained themselves on the giant scaletrix and crazy golf!
After lunch guests were given a branded fleece and taken through to the walled garden to take part in It's a Knockout Tournament. 6 teams enjoyed the 2 hour extravaganza of foam and inflatables. The adults didn't have any excuses for not joining in as a baby sitter was designated to each family. The children played on the bungee run or in the Kiddies corner or watched in amusement at the adults.
With a couple of hours to recover and change, guests returned for a Champagne and canape reception. Video footage and speeches were made and magicians wondered the floor.
As the children enjoyed, DVD's and playstations in the den the adults sat down to a 3 course dinner. The room was dressed in a very subtle 80's theme. Large starcloth covering an entire wall, black and white dance floor, circular stage for the 6 piece band and 80's icon's hung from the back of the room between the 1985 star cloth. As drinks flowed and the meal was enjoyed it was certainly time for entertainment. Tenors and Diva Incognito surprised the guests. Dressed as waiters they broke into song and dance performing classic opera to We will Rock you with the guests. Finally the guests danced through until the early hours to a fantastic band!
