| The venue was chosen very quickly, it was ideal for the event. One day before the event, the brief changed completely for the conference sessions. However EventWise were able to re-arrange the allocation of rooms to meet the new criteria.
Sets were designed for the main conference room as well as the six breakouts. Production was arranged to meet all corporate guidelines. Badges were colour-coded to match the workshops so that delegates could easily find their way round.
EventWise brought in casino tables, salsa dancers, a disco and decorations for the gala dinner. Using the main conference room for the gala dinner was the only option for these numbers so it was important for the mood of the room to be transformed!
