One of the most important things for Omelveny and Myers was that the venue for their annual staff Christmas Party was unique and would leave a lasting impression on guests. They wished to have a formal three course sit down meal, a Jazz trio and an after dinner disco to finish off the night.

The stunning medieval Crypt in Ely Place EC was chosen due to its beautifully historic interior and also the high standard of the in house catering.
The theming and decoration was kept simple as not to detract from the splendour of the room: we added an abundance of white scented candles, white linen and arrangments of white lillies and roses in the centre of each table. The stone pillars were draped with sheer white material and up- lit with pink light to add warmth. The walls were also lit with with this vibrant colour, to add a funky touch to an ancient venue.
The Crypt has its own Grand Piano, which added a special touch to the performance of the Jazz trio who played during the Champagne reception.
