The client wished to stage a lavish 'Hollyward' themed end of year party to include their own version of The Oscars. They wished to serve a bowl food menu and have various forms of entertainment.

The venue chosen for this party was 88 St. James.To enhance the Hollywood theme a red carpet was placed out side the entrance, along with large gas flambeaux and several 10 foot high gold Oscars!
1950's style paparazzi were there to welcome the guests and take their photos.
Also there to meet and greet was a sensational Marilyn Monroe look alike who also presented the company 'Oscars' and sang a few classic numbers!
The venue is split onto two floors. Upstairs we set up a large stage and plasma screen for the awards show element of the evening. The food was also served on this floor. Downstairs we placed a black and white dance floor, a casino area and a delicious chocolate fountain- ensuring that there was something for everyone!
Magicians and caricaturists mingled with the guests to complete this entertainment extravaganza!
