Brief: A very relaxed, informal evening that would bring staff and their clients together, involving a food-related activity.
   
Venue: St Stephen's Club
   
Logistics: We suggested a chocolate-making workshop at a private members club in Central London. The evening needed to start early for guests that were coming straight from the office, yet cater for the guests that may arrive later. To entertain people, we had a pianist playing, while canapés were served. Once all the guests had arrived, the group was split into four teams to create some light-hearted competition. The chocolate expert melted ingredients in front of the guests, explaining the basis properties of chocolate before letting them create their ideal chocolates. A range of toppings were available from chocolate powder to ground nuts. To add to the fun, we had disposable cameras available, recording some very funny moments! At the end of the evening, the teams were judged on the presentation of the chocolates they had made., with a prize awarded to the best team. All the guests were able to take home the chocolates they had made, together with all the necessary items to make more chocolates at home themselves, using all their new skills.
