To manage all aspects of the conference from start to finish. A website was designed for online registration, an invitation was designed, printed and mailed out. EventWise also sourced appropriate invitees for the event and found an appropriate venue. All liaison with speakers, exhibitors, delegates and contractors was managed via EventWise. EW also took care of all the registration and management of fees.

On the day of the conference, a key speaker was delayed beyond the start time of his speech. EW rearranged the programme to accommodate this last minute change, ensuring the AV, catering and signage would all be amended according to the new timings so that the delegates would be unaffected.
The conference was extremely successful. The client, speakers, delegates and exhibitors all gave very positive feedback on all aspects of the event. Particularly impressed with the online registration and ease of obtaining additional information on the delegates at registration stage. Having EW manage all aspects of the event meant that the client was able to focus on 9 other events that the company was organising for a month later.
