South Eastern Trains wanted a venue with a real ‘wow’ factor to have an awards ceremony for their long-standing employees. The venue was to be dressed to impress with a glitzy red carpet feel. The venue had to be easily accessible by train for its guests.

The guests were collected by coach from train stations across London and brought in through Battersea Park to the Arena. The interior glistened with stars all around giving a very special atmosphere for the champagne reception. Once guests were seated, a fire- eater set the tone for the evening, opening the awards ceremony while guests had their dinner. The evening ended with a disco to round off with some fun!
The client was delighted with the outcome promising on the night itself to return to EventWise for the following year’s ceremony.
