Press Conference followed by an intimate sit down dinner. The client required an exclusive venue in London with 3/4 suitable rooms that were needed throughout the course of the day. For the dinner some form of entertainment was requested that guests would not have seen before but was to be in some way related to the product being launched. It was vital to ensure that guests had a memorable and fun event.

After finding the right venue with the correct style rooms for the two separate conferences and evening meal it was vital to find the perfect entertainment idea.
Set up and rehersals started at 10am with guests arriving at 2.30pm. Journatlists were registered on the beautiful staircase and seated for the first product launch. Whilst enjoying a coffee break more journalists arrived in time for the 2nd press conference. As the afternoon drew to a close guests were directed downstairs to enjoy a Champagne reception whilst the main wood panelled room was converted from a product launch into a beautiful and atmospheric room for dinner.
Guests ate a delicious 3 course dinner when much to their surprise 5 of their waiters launch into a highly energising and entertaining percussion show using most of the materials and equipment from the press conference. This interactive show went down very well with the guests and a spectical that can be produced to your individual event and requirements.
