High profile press conference for two International companies.

With a lead time of one week and details changing daily it was vital that a venue was sourced and booked that met the right criteria. Two tradional rooms were required, one for the signing ceremony and one for the press conference. Bedrooms were also required in the hotel with a large suite getting turned into an office and meeting room for 3 days. Due to the time scale and the quality of the sets that we required we lent heavily on suppliers that we knew would be able to turn the design and format around on time whilst ensuring professionalism and flexibility. Set up and reheasals took place on Sunday to ensure that every detail had been checked and ready to go for first thing on Monday. A larger top table needed to be built and additional AV equipment was decided upon due to the demand of cameraman coming, all of which needed to be sourced and set up by 8am. As guests and journalists arrived the event got under way with many more press than expected.
A 3 course buffet was then enjoyed with VIP guests coming by to join in the celebrations.
