| The Merchant Taylors’ Hall was
selected for its city location and suitability in terms
of room space available. EventWise were required to liaise
between the client and the venue and arrange the menus with
the caterers. All AV requirements were organised through
EventWise.
On the day, our Account Manager was on-site at 5am to ensure
that the signage was correctly positions and that the rooms
were set up appropriately, with all badges and conference
packs laid out in the registration area as agreed. The outcome
of this event was extremely successful – the uptake
of clients was higher than previous years and as such, EventWise
were contracted to begin the next year immediately.
The client was impressed in particularly with EventWise’s
ability to deal calmly with a particular problem that arose
on the day. The registration area was completely redesigned
on the morning to take in new marketing materials.
