Package Details

DINNER PACKAGES:

Dinner packages are the Festival's premium VIP hospitality packages and are available for those wishing to entertain privately (tables of 8 to 10 people) or in a shared facility.

The Dinner Package includes:

Exclusive use of selected area within the Tower of London, or tables in the shared facility
Reserved, VIP covered seating for the performance
Champagne and canapé reception followed by specially created, two-course dinner served with fine wines
Official souvenir programme
Floral arrangements

CHAMPAGNE AND CANAPE PACKAGES:

This package offers more flexibility, whilst still allowing you and your guests the chance to sample hospitality in one of the fantastic private rooms in the Tower. The Champagne and Canapé Package is available for groups of between 40 and 200 guests, on a private basis only.

The Champagne and Canapé Package includes:

Exclusive use of selected area within the Tower of London
Reserved, VIP covered seating for the performance
Champagne and Pimms reception
Specially created, substantial cocktail food
Official souvenir programme
Floral arrangements

PROVISIONAL ITINERARY:

18.15 Guests arrive at the West Gate of the Tower of London and are escorted to their respective dining venues inside the Tower for a pre-dinner champagne reception and canapés, followed by dinner (main course and dessert with fine wines) OR a cocktail party
20.15 Guests are escorted to their VIP covered seats in the Moat
20.30 Artist goes on stage
22.00 Performance ends and guests depart

Full Description

This prestigious festival returns to the Tower of London for the fourth year in succession. Its perfect position in the heart of the city of London makes it an easy choice for coporate entertaining.

On arrival at the Tower's formidable gates, VIP guests will be met by a Yeoman Warder and escorted to one of the historic apartments and rooms at the Tower to commence their exclusive hospitality experience.

Choose between a Dinner package (private or shared) or a Champagne and Canapé Package (private) both of which are hosted in one of the exclusive and historic rooms at the Tower of London.
