the challenge

The brief was to find a venue and offering with a high perceived value for the launch of Matthew Hoggards testimonial year of events. By using Plaisterers Hall in the City, we created a very high quality event at excellent value.

our thinking

By using a combination of Concerto Group event management, Create Catering and Event Design at Plaisterers Hall, Eventwise to assist with the table sales and Hawthorns to provide the production services, this turnkey solution allowed the committee to concentrate on fundraising for the testimonial.

The 300 guests enjoyed Champagne, fine wines and a delicious dinner before being well entertained by some excellent sporting celebrities including…. The event was a great success and financially successful for the testimonial and the appointed charity.
