london eye and tutankhamun exhibtion

the challenge

The client holds one Director's meeting a year outside of Bermuda – this year it was in London. They wanted a late afternoon activity for the group, followed by a dinner for invited guests.

our thinking

For the late afternoon activity, the group had exclusive pods on the London Eye with Champagne and canapés, giving them great views of the city. This was followed by a 40 minute boat trip on the Thames to The O2, which was recently voted the world's most popular venue.

our solution

The O2 is currently home to the Tutankhamun exhibition, which is in London for a limited time before returning to Egypt, never to tour again. We suggested the exhibition as the evening event due to its uniqueness and the client received a private viewing of the exhibition together with impressive hospitality.
