the challenge
This was the first global incentive scheme for the resellers of products; the scheme runs over a one-year period and culminates in an award event over a long weekend, for four nights and four days. The programme was to take place in an overseas destination and was to be purely rewarding with no formal business content. 110 delegates representing 20 countries were to attend; as such we needed to cater for multiple languages and nationalities within the same event. Whilst providing end to end logistical solutions we also had to promote corporate social responsibility contributing to a local charitable organization.our thinking
Sun City was chosen for its accessibility for a global programme, its quality of hotels and activities, good weather and the vast array of activities available for groups. The destination also suited the brief for a CSR project, a raffle at the gala dinner was held to raise money for a local underprivileged school, building shelves in the classroom and developing the vegetable garden.our solution
The incentive scheme was very popular and oversubscribed, therefore it had many resellers working to specific targets to qualify for the incentive. 92% of all delegates said the trip was exceptional and registration for the scheme has increased by 50% due to word of mouth in the industry regarding last years trip.
