the challenge
Specsavers chose to organise its annual ball for staff and store directors in October 2007. The theme of A Night To Dream reflected our desire to celebrate our success and to spur aspiration as Specsavers achieved another year of record growth in business. More than 300 guests were to attend and stay in two hotels.our thinking
The Grove in Hertfordshire was the chosen venue for a second year and it was the perfect place in which to host such a glittering evening. Guests would be pre-allocated rooms in The Grove and the nearby Hilton Hotel so all guests could be accommodated in top quality hotels. The A Night To Dream theme would be carried throughout the evening with appropriate entertainment and decoration.our solution
Guests were allocated their own private check-in desks at each hotel to facilitate easy transition to their rooms and to give them more time to get ready for the ball.
