the challenge
As part of a suite of programmes delivered for our client Symantec, we were approached to help launch their new security and intruder protection solution products across key European markets in Paris, London, Munich, Milan & Zurich. Our brief was to produce an event that would translate well across the differing cultures, create a ‘want to know more', and deliver the key messages successfully to a high-level audience.our thinking
Once the individual markets were established, we then went about establishing the content and design of the event. The presentations were designed to an advanced technical and visual specification which additionally involved creating bespoke video showreels for inclusion into the main presentations. Furthermore, to allow for guests to truly appreciate the product capabilities, demonstration pods were designed and built to encourage guests to experience first-hand the capabilities of the product.our solution
Upon completion, the client expressed their sincere gratitude to our team. Where they had expected an average audience of 250 guests at each location, the momentum created by the roadshow actually resulted in capacity audiences of near 400 guests in each city.
