High Ropes Course This helps develop group and self co-ordination. Its over 11 metres high and 6 metres square, suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. This activity will certainly help the development of personal confidence and team work so what you waiting for if a challenge is what yur after! There is also an added bonus in that its environmentally friendly and freestanding so has a minimal impact on the woodland setting.

Climbing Wall Climbing is Europe's fastest growing sporting activity and is a stunning centrepiece for any corporate or family event, product promotion or show and it looks like something from outer space!

Crate Stacking A great activity that helps develop group and self co-ordination. With two safe work areas they construct the highest tower of crates possible. Its a race to see who can climb the highest, quickest and balance without falling off! The person climbing the crates is safely secured overhead via a Redpoint descender making this a safe and fun activity for all.

Potholing This takes place in the 150m man made underground pipe system. The pipes are just below the surface with varying widths of tunnels, squeezes, corkscrew, boulder chambers and water pots. There are several entrances and emergency exits so no need to be afraid!

Orienteering Armed with maps, petzel lamps, first aid kits, whistles, compasses, flasks of hot tea and emergency ration packs teams will be fully prepared for the task ahead! Various points need to be visited around the course with additional challenges along the way.

Aeroball Is almost like volleyball, not quite like basketball, and not a mere trampoline! Aeroball™ merges all these into the ultimate sports experience! There's a double dividing wall between each trampoline, and the springs lie outside the cage - so you can't fall out, you can't fall through and you can't be thrown off balance by other players! Prefect for adults and children.

Climb The Rock The Rock is a two person computerised climbing wall, which rotates, tilts and spins simultaneously. Since the operator can alter the machine to suit the ability of the climber, anyone between the age of 6 and 60 can have a go, whether they are a complete novice or an experienced climber!

Abseiling Standing 7m from the ground one will definitely feel a sense of achievement once they reach the summit! Floodlights mean abseiling can be carried out both during the day and at night. So no excuses when the nights draw in!

Ice Wall Climbing Undertaken on a purpose built tower incorporating a 12 metre high climb. Equipped with ice axes and crampons this is sure to be a challenging climb. With the advice and support of fully trained instructors there is nothing to fear….go on, give it your best shot!

Zip Wire Once harnessed to an overhead cable you will zip down an 80m run at a rate of knots! This fast moving challenge is sure to put smiles on faces and leave you buzzing!

Assault Course A low-level adventure course with logs to walk along, a space walk, secured tyres and a small tunnel. Sounds easy but don't speak too soon!
