Now you can really connect with your audience in a lasting and innovative way with our Video Mosaic event add-on.

By using creative digital imagery, emotive music and dynamic on-screen effects we can deliver a strong message to your audience that will live with them for a long time…

At the beginning of your event we'll set up a special photo station or booth and as guests enter and register we'll take a very quick head and shoulders digital photograph of them all set against a variety of coloured backdrops.
Then, whilst your event / conference is happening we will work behind the scenes to take all the photos and digitally drop them into our pre-created ‘mosaic'. We'll add movement, special digital video effects such as creative wipes and fades and then edit the whole thing to a piece of uplifting music that we will have chosen with you prior to the event. This whole process will take up to about 3-hours depending on the size of your audience.

Then, at the appropriate moment we play the final Video Mosaic (we'll script your speaker a short intro) and as the camera scans across your mosaic it will gradually become clear that as well as all your peoples faces, there are lots of different areas of colour. These are of course the same as those in your company logo. The camera then pulls back a little further and as the pictures of faces get smaller and smaller the image of your company logo gets clearer and clearer until the heads become simply tiny pixels in your company logo. Finally we overlay a fade to a crystal clear version of your company logo and fade in a strapline such as ‘great people make great businesses' or something similar, all timed to happen at the end of the audio track.

This is a highly powerful and effective wrap-up to a days conference but can of course be used in many other applications.
