Often one of the hardest challenges for employees and managers alike is to stand back and look at the bigger picture of their organisation. When somebody does, it enables him or her to see where they fit within the organisation and appreciate how colleagues operate and communicate. Art Works reinforces the benefit of taking a bigger picture view, through teamwork, networking and communication to establish a one-vision approach within employees.

At the start of the game guests are split into small teams and given the challenge of producing a piece of art in gigantic proportions. Each team must complete three quizzes to earn brushes and paint and are responsible for painting two canvases from the larger artwork. Importantly guests have no idea what the overall artwork looks like, so they will very quickly realise that a single-minded approach will not work. The success of the teams lies within their ability to network with others and ensure colours and lines match up across the artwork.There are two options available for the artwork. Where no further messages wish to be given, choose from one of our 5 themed images; Teamwork in Sport, Global Communication, Art, Idols & Icons and Movies. Alternatively your brands, projects, values, products, conference theme or any other messages you wish to portray can inspire an artwork created uniquely for you.

For a truly unique event, we can incorporate the picture into a conference set. This works exceptionally well as an ice breaker for your conference and leaves an impression for your entire conference programme. Artworks set build can include all the AV for the remainder of your conference.

By creating something beyond guests' expectations, Art Works leaves a lasting impression that other teambuilding challenges fail to deliver. The experience ends with a debrief and handing out of trophies and personalised certificates.
