Our fantastic workshops are designed by celebrity chocolatier Paul Wayne Gregory and in association with Barry Callebaut chocolate, the world's largest chocolate manufacturer. Gold medallist at the World Chocolate Awards 2007, Paul Wayne Gregory is the Jamie Oliver of the chocolate world. With sixteen years experience including working in Michelin star kitchens, Paul also has a bespoke chocolate range exclusively available at Harvey Nichols. What better factor to unite a multi-talented and diverse group of people? Everyone loves chocolate and with all the new information and selection available chocolate tasting has become the new wine tasting!

This challenge is aimed at all levels. The aspects of the experience to excite and motivate everyone to participate and get involved. This challenge can be tailored to encourage group participation or leadership depending on what you are looking to gain from this team building experience.
• Part One: Our ‘Introduction to Chocolate', an abbreviated version (see above)
• Part Two: The Challenge: The group is split into working groups of usually 5 or 6 people. Each group is handed an envelope containing a tailored challenge requiring each person to take on a different role and deliver their task within a set time period. The objective is to design, create and market their own chocolate brand.
• This Challenge is then presented by the teams and judged by our chocolatier.
• Each participant leaves with a satisfying box of chocolates created and designed during The Challenge
• FAQ session to close the workshop
