Guests enter the venue through our striking gas flambeaus, and journey up the luxuriously draped staircase

On entering the Ballroom guests will be transported to a world of glitz and glamour

The decor will feature elgant draping, stunning chandeliers and bespoke furniture

The cente piece will be the impressive stage dressed with luxurious foliage and flanked by large plasma screens showing classic perios footage

Roasted marinated rump of lamb with crushed new potatoes caramelised shallots and redcurrant jus

Roasted marinated portobello mushroom stuffed with a ragout of winter vegetables, glazed talleggio and romesco sauce

DESSERT

Chocolate and candied cranberry cheesecake with port and cranberry compote and cranberry biscotti
