Go Green is a team building activity, which encourages groups to engage with issues of environmental sustainability in the home whilst experiencing a hands on, informative and rewarding team building game.

The aim of the challenge is to raise awareness in the importance of reducing carbon emissions in the home, through modifications and simple day-to-day changes we can all make. Many of the learning outcomes can be applied to the work environment and elements of your CSR policy can be included to enhance the event. Equipped with the blue prints and building materials, each team is given the challenge to design and build an eco-house.

Throughout the game teams will earn 'Carbon Credits' through mental challenges, which can be used to purchase environmental modifications for their house (e.g. solar panels, insulation etc). Each modification comes in kit form and must be constructed before attaching to the house. As well as purchasing modifications teams can also purchase decorative items to enhance the appearance of their house.

The game culminates with the top three teams presenting the eco-benefits of their house to the rest of the group. The challenges the teams are set provoke thought and conversations around the issue of sustainability whilst ensuring rewarding team building.
