The doors are exclusively open for your pleasure so step into a Christmas full of magical twists that you may never want to end. As the evening approaches guests will be welcomed to the Brewery by the residents of the Enchanted household. Warming lavish cocktails are served as the Master of the House welcomes you to the party. The air is spiced with Christmas scents and as the music box plays all is not quite as it seems.

Salad of grilled haloumi and oven dried plum tomato on wild rocket and mizuna leaf salad with crispy parsnip shards and a balsamic dressing

Gently braised supreme of chicken with creamed colcannon, roasted winter root vegetables and grilled pancetta with a red wine jus

Char grilled vegetable and goats cheese calzone baked with fresh basil on baby pousse with a yellow pepper coulis

DESSERT

Rich orange chocolate cake with an orange compote and Grand marnier sauce
