In July, the Adam Smith International team embarked on an adventure that took them from their offices in London to the quintessentially British venue of Ashburnham Place.
On arrival guests found themselves at a British Summer Food Fair, complete with an array of team building challenges and activities to complete throughout the course of the day.
Following a light lunch guests could take their pick from the activities on offer, which included wine tasting, foraging, gardening, bread and oven making and butchery.
New skills having been learnt, guests gathered once again under the main marquee in picturesque country surroundings. Here they enjoyed a BBQ feast, prepared by celebrity chef Adam Byatt, who is also Head Chef and owner of London’s Trinity and Bistro Union restaurants.
As guests caught up over sumptuous summer food they were entertained by folk music duo Two Toms, leaving them free to eat, dance and yahoo the evening away.
