Channel 4 on The Catwalk

When we were approached by broadcasting giant Channel 4 we knew we had to create something truly unique. Our answer was one of our most fashionable team-building experiences, guaranteed to motivate and inspire staff.

A day of expressive challenges saw teams from Human Resources and Facilities Management channel the creativity of the world’s top designers to create couture collections inspired by their signature styles.

Having been split into groups, staff were provided with an abundance of props, from items of clothing to accessories, before being given the name of one of five designers; Barbour, Jean Paul Gaultier, Donatella Versace, Victoria Beckham or Vivienne Westwood. Teams then got to work on their own collections, taking tips from their chosen fashion mogul. Once all teams’ collections had  been assembled it was time to consider the production element. Attendees were asked to style their final show, creating production slides and music to complement the look of their chosen designer, putting their communication skills to the ultimate test.
Channel 4 then headed to the catwalk to reveal their collections in a show-stopping grand finale. Vogue – strike a pose.
