The world famous magazine chose The HAC for their summer celebration
Summer last year, guests of Cosmopolitan visited Ultimate Experience’s venue – The Artillery Garden at The HAC for a day of summer celebrations, all of which was sponsored by Surf.
As guests enjoyed basking in the sunshine in a private outside space in the middle of the City, they indulged in Gancia Prosecco, Zubrowka cocktails, Emmi CHOCO LAIT milk, Wheyhey ice-cream and Hotbox BBQ food. These delicious bites were given out to them in between watching the stunning fashion shows and getting beauty tips from the experts in the industry.
Famous beauty brand Rimmel was on hand applying beautiful shimmer tans and providing manicure services. Lee Stafford was in charge of styling guests’ hair and Suman Brows took care of the eyebrows. Last of all, guests were also given amazing goody bags from Freya Lingerie.
The night was captured with the help of a photo booth which everybody loved; the photo booth came complete with a topless Surf model and once guests had finished striking a pose, they headed to the stage where they would be given summer beauty tips from Fleur De Force. Once their knowledge of beauty tips had been topped up, guests then enjoyed a fashion show which has been styled by Cosmo’s Fashion Editor (with makeup from Mii Cosmetics).
The stage-section of the event came to an end after Dalton Wong and Kate Faithfull-Williams gave their inspiring talk about their book ‘The Feelgood Plan’. After this, it was then time to slap on some foil tattoos from Seekers of the Sun and to party the rest of the afternoon away to a fabulous set by Neev.
Dancing breaks were filled with eating candy floss and taking even more pictures in the loveable photo booth.
Sophie, Events and Sponsorship Executive said: “Thank you very much for being part of the first ever Cosmopolitan Summer Party, it was a huge success and one to remember! We have had some amazing feedback so far from attendees and brands involved.”
